Reflection

Design has impacted the world in so many ways. I learn that designing can bring out so many emotions from the customers. I never really made the connection between design and an emotions.  But from the reading that I have read it all makes sense. For instance, like my grandfather's silver and gold pocket watch that he gave to my brother has an intricate design for a truck on the cover. The design really paid attention to detail and beautifully crafted. Not only was the the gift sentimental but it was also a well designed product. And also from the readings that I read from Vitsoe, I reading that a design of a product has to be simply, unique but also useful. I think that its true that design makes our lives easier. I believe that design is essential because without it our world wouldn't have the next advanced technology. Design inspires people to creative innovative ideas that can fix the problems that we have in our world today. It allows people to express themselves with the product they design and make a connection to others around the world.
