2nd Project Don Norman Video Response

I think that Don Norman makes a good point that a product should be able to evoke emotion from the customer. Thats why when a person has a old family heirloom, the design becomes sentimental. The main point of the video was that there are three ways that design make you happy. The levels are Visceral, Behavioral and Reflective. This applies to design because when you see a product, and it is beautifully design and it makes you happy its going to make the customer want to buy it. And when the objects make feel in control and having power. Finally when we think in our minds that we like a certain product because of whatever reason. And these are the reasons why these are the major points of design.
